CEO is Paul Garnault. Paul has worked in some of the largest FE Colleges in the UK. Birmingham Metropolitan, Coleg Gwent and medium sized colleges such as Merthyr College Kidderminster College and Gloucestershire College. He has also worked extensively in the independent ALN/SEN sector. Over a forty year period, he has been the Principal of two colleges, and a Associate Director, a Head of Academy and a Department Head also a Senior Lecturer. He has also been a school trustee and taught levels 1/2 /3, A levels and up to HND and Degree and post graduate levels. He works in Performing Arts, Arts and Media. He worked with MAS records in the west Midlands and was Artistic Director of Wales Actors' Company and Liquid Synergy Media.
